Ordered a shower door which arrived. The handle was apparently tucked inside the white strapping tape surrounding the door enclosure and must have slipped out when we brought it in from the driveway where the driver had delivered it. Packaging totally inadequate. Very difficult to get through to online help - took me an hour. Told they will not replace it and will not let me buy a new handle. Told me to source it myself. 4 hours online shopping shows it not a standard size so I have a brand new shower door without a handle. Product code for the shower door on the Victoria Plum website is JSCD10. Is your company really going to leave me with an unusable £215 door?I have just received a phone call from a very helpful, efficient agent called Lucy who looked into my case and is sending a handle out therefore my complaint is now resolved. Lucy has just provided an excellent customer service experience which I would have liked to receive the first time. Lucy needs to be made a head of customer service as I am sure the company would benefit massively. Excellent employee.

Shocking, rude, useless. Id never ever buy from them again. After finally getting through the guy hung up on me as i queried having to pay to return an item for which i wanted a replacement

Although it is disappointing that you cannot speak to anyone on the phone, Andy on live chat was very helpful and efficient.

Very dissatisfied. Purchased a bath panel which didn't fit (My mistake), tried to return but told I would have to pay £49 courier fee. I only paid £14.99 for delivery. I was told it was a two man fragile collection and this is their returns policy, even though it was delivered perfectly fine by one man (Weighs less than a bag of sugar). For a bath panel that cost £100, this has turned in to an expensive mistake and I warn others to be very careful.

I fitted out my bathroom about 2 years ago with VP., and about 12 months later the insides of my cistern failed, meaning that it took 10 minutes to fill after a flush.I eventually persuaded VP to send replacement insides, and they did.But.... they didn't fit, meaning that I had to buy a replacement cistern and pay a plumber £50 to fit it.Now, the same thing has happened. I contacted VP, and guess what? YOU CAN'T. You can only chat on a web chat.I contacted trade services who refused to help me, and suggested that I send a 10 minute video of my cistern filling.2 emails have been completely ignored.YOUR PRODUCTS ARE VERY POOR QUALITY. The sink allows water to pool by the tap, the washer on the tap is going, and the mixer unit is rubbish. The only reason why I haven't replaced it is because it would mean ripping out tiles.SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE. WE ARE SO TIRED WITH COVID BEING USED AS AN EXCUSE FOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, every other company has managed to give a laptop and phone to their employees at home.1xqcfsyc is apparently my order number if you can be bothered to contact me?

It was fine,but could have done with some technical advise on another product but couldn't get any help, too busy.

Quick and easy to use website. The shopping list is particularly helpfull with making sure you dont forget anything

I would not recommend this company to anybody looking to have a bathroom installed. The customer service has been absolutely shocking from start to finish. It has now been several months since I had originally enquired about it all. Their design and installation team has been appalling in communicating, taking days to respond back to emails and calls and we have now decided to cancel all together as it’s really not worth the hassle. I can’t begin to imagine what the installation process will be like!Really disappointed as it has taken such a long time to basically get nowhere with it all.
