
I fitted out my bathroom about 2 years ago with VP., and about 12 months later the insides of my cistern failed, meaning that it took 10 minutes to fill after a flush.I eventually persuaded VP to send replacement insides, and they did.But.... they didn't fit, meaning that I had to buy a replacement cistern and pay a plumber £50 to fit it.Now, the same thing has happened. I contacted VP, and guess what? YOU CAN'T. You can only chat on a web chat.I contacted trade services who refused to help me, and suggested that I send a 10 minute video of my cistern filling.2 emails have been completely ignored.YOUR PRODUCTS ARE VERY POOR QUALITY. The sink allows water to pool by the tap, the washer on the tap is going, and the mixer unit is rubbish. The only reason why I haven't replaced it is because it would mean ripping out tiles.SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE. WE ARE SO TIRED WITH COVID BEING USED AS AN EXCUSE FOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, every other company has managed to give a laptop and phone to their employees at home.1xqcfsyc is apparently my order number if you can be bothered to contact me?
